Hello Everyone We're Back
WE ARE FLOODED WITH SURRENDERS DUE TO THE ECONOMY. PLEASE CONSIDER ADOPTION, BEFORE VISITING A PET STORE...
It has been a long hard road but we're back. We officially re-opened our doors in our brand new home on May 1st 2010 and were full by the 15th. Thankfully there have been a few adoptions along with the never ending surrenders, so please call or email for space availability, if you must surrender your fuzzy.
Although the new house is beautiful and we were able to build it completely ferret freindly with a wonderful ferret room, there is still a great sadness that will hopefully get better with time. We also added a quarentine room as well as a medical hold and recovery room in the new digs. The ferrets all have given their stamp of aprooval, (in almost every corner), and enjoy the stairway tube slide we built for them. Every ferret has inspected every nook and cranny of the house and from time to time they show their displeasure that we did such a good job of keeping them out of walls and under cabinets.
We want to thank everyone that stood by us in the most horrible and trying time in our lives. To correct any mis-information, we did loose 27 fuzzies in the blaze, thankfully to smoke. The fireman assured us that they passed in their sleep, as the fire ocurred at 3am. Since the fire the 3 survivors Sammy the Bull, Charger, and Irwin, have passed to fuzzy related illnesses but without them we would have had a much harder go of things.
We are starting fresh and we hope that anyone interested in adding a fuzzy to your business of ferrets or begining the adventure of ferret guardianship will call us. We are operating as before with no set fee for adoption but please remember, without donations we would not be able to give the level of care we are known for, to every ferret that comes in our doors. Thanks to everyone and we hope to see you all soon.
