What I do here at Father Natures

What I do at Father Natures is very simple. I find forever, loving homes for as many ferrets as possible. We make sure that every ferret that enters our doors receives the best medical care my resources can provide. They get the best high protein foods, cool clean water and the occasional treat, well, sometimes more than just occasionally.

I provide love, safety and an enriched life for all the little fuzzies in my care whether they are here for a short time or for the rest of their days. No ferret is ever put down at Father Natures unless it is due to unmanageable pain. We feel that these neglected and sometimes abused creatures deserve a life full of the same enjoyment they provide for us.

My life has been touched by these bundles of energy and I cannot imagine a world without them. If you are considering adoption please do your homework to make sure a ferret is right for you. Ferrets do not make great gifts for adults let alone children. so please do not contact me if this is your intention. The State of New Jersey requires ALL, ferret care givers, to possess a permit. You will recieve a 20 day temporary permit from the rescue and I will instruct you on filling out the required paperwork and where to send it along with the annual $10.00 fee. This annual fee is for one or multiple carpet sharks, not each ferret. This permit MUST be signed by an adult 18 years or older and we do not adopt to those under the age of eighteen so please bring an adult along.

If you cannot offer a home to one of these little carpet sharks,
please consider helping us by sponsoring a fuzzie today.
